16oz salsa
3 cans black beans, rinsed & drained (or 3 cups dried beans soaked, then cooked for 1 hr, then rinsed & drained)
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup frozen white or yellow corn
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbs chili powder

1 tsp dried oregano

Combine all in slow cooker. Mix well & cover. Cook on low for 8 hrs. (Add 1/4 cup water before cooking, if you like.)
