Vegetable Beef Soup in a Crock Pot

2-3 lbs lean stew beef or beef tips
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
1 pkg frozen petite butter beans
1 pkg frozen yellow corn
2 cans water
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 medium diced potatoes
2 onions, diced

Cut up beef in small pieces. Brown beef with 2 onions. When browned, add tomatoes with 2 cans water.

Bring to boil & simmer 10 minutes. Place in large crock pot. Add beans, corn, bouillon, pottatoes, onion & more water if desired.

Cook on low for at least 8 hrs.
