2 1/2 cups wide noodles
1 tsp vegetable oil
12 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup corn starch
1/4 cup water
3 cups cooked chicken, diced

Cook noodles according to pkg directions. Set aside. In large pot, combine salt, broth, & poultry seasoning. Boil 2 minutes, stir in onion & celery. Reduce heat & simmer 15 minutes. In small bowl, mix corn starch & water together until corn starch is dissolved. Gradually add to soup. Stir in noodles & chicken.
Makes 8 servings
(If you like, you can add 1 tsp sour cream to each bowl before serving.)
