4 Tbs margarine, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, green or red - or combination
1 can chicken broth
3 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
1 (10oz) pkg frozen cream style corn
1/2 cup crushed unsalted oyster crackers
1 1/2 cups half & half cream

In saucepan, saute onion & bell peppers in melted margarine. Add broth, potatoes, corn, salt & pepper to taste. To thicken soup, add crushed crackers & cream. Simmer until potatoes & corn are cooked - 15-10 minutes. Stir often as corn will stick.
