Default Bacon Crisps (Easiest Party Food Ever!)

    1 box saltines
    1 lb very thin bacon

Wrap 1/2 strip bacon around 1 saltine. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve warm after draining to crisp. (A broiler rack would be good.) Makes about 75 crisps. May be frozen.

Nice snack to have in the evening - after having a early dinner too. Never tried freezing them.

We eat turkey bacon not real bacon (hubby has a thing about pork) I will have to try this with the turkey bacon to see if it is as good.

    Thanks

Great! Let me know how it turns out! (I bet it will be great with the turkey bacon too!)
