2 strips bacon
1/2 lb steamed wax or green beans
3 Tbs fine cracker crumbs
2 Tbs bacon until crisp (Reserve 2 Tbs drippings)


In skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Reserve 2 Tbs drippings. Crumble bacon & set aside. Heat beans with cracker crumbs, drippings & pepper. Toss until beans are coated & crumbs are browned. Garnish with bacon.
