4 (1/2 inch thick) boneless pork loin chops
1/2 cup baking mix
1/3 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 Tbs oil


Coat pork chops in baking mix. Dip coated chops in dressing, then coat with crumbs. Heat oil in 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chops 5 minutes or until golden brown. Reduce heat to low; turn chops to cook 15-18 minutes more.
