3 egg whites
1 pkg (4.2oz) seasoned coating mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/8 tsp Chinese five spice powder
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4oz each)


In shallow bowl, lightly beat egg whites. In another shallow bowl, combine coating mix, pecans & five spice powder. Dip chicken into egg whites, then into coating mix. Place in greased 15x10x1 in baking pan, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
