Baked Ham ~ Creamy Ham and Spinach Over Rice
Prepare your ham in your favorite manner and reserve 2 cups diced for the next recipe.
Creamy Ham and Spinach Over Rice
2 cups diced ham
10-oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed
can cream of celery (or any cream soup)
2 cups cooked rice (I love brown rice)
salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients except rice in large skillet. Heat all thoroughly over medium heat, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Can add water or milk a bit at a time if too thick for your taste. Serve over hot rice and add salt and pepper if desired.
