rtebalt1 envelope Litpton Savory Herb & Garlic Soup Mix
8oz sour cream
1 cup (8oz) ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni (optional)Preheat oven to 350. In 1 qt casserole, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella & pepperoni. Srpinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with breadsticks, toasted pita triangles, bread slices, or mini bagels.
Makes 2 cups dip.
