Del Mont Fruit Cocktail Cake
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 can (30oz) Del Monte Fruit Cocktail
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1.) Sift flour with sugar, baking soda & salt.
2.) Beat eggs in mixing bowl until thick & lemon colored. Add un-drained fruit. Stir in dry ingredients; mix thoroughly.
3.) Pour into greased & floured 11x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle nuts & brown sugar over top. Bake at 350 degreees, 30-35 minutes or until it tests done.
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream, ice cream, vanilla yogurt, if desired.
