On-the-Go Pepperoni Pizzas- General Recipes

(Pillsbury Recipe) (Serves 6) 1 can (8oz) pizza sauce 1 pkg (3oz) cream cheese, softened 1 pkg (8oz) sliced pepperoni, coarsely chopped (2 1/2 cups) 1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 medium) 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6oz)

    Default On-the-Go Pepperoni Pizzas

    (Pillsbury Recipe)

    (Serves 6)

    1 can (8oz) pizza sauce
    1 pkg (3oz) cream cheese, softened
    1 pkg (8oz) sliced pepperoni, coarsely chopped (2 1/2 cups)
    1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
    1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
    1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6oz)
    6 English muffins or bagels, split, toasted

    1.) In large bowl, mix pizza sauce & cream cheese until well blended. Stir in pepperoni, onions, bell pepper & 1 cup of the cheese. Cover; refrigerate up to 3 days.
    2.) To make 1 serving, place 2 toasted muffin halves on microwavable plate. Top each half with about 1/4 cup pepperoni mixture & heaping tablespoon remaining cheese. Microwave on High about 1 minute or until hot.
