2lb (about 5 large) red potatoes, scrubbed & quartered
2 cloves
minced garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp creole seasoning
1 tsp Mrs. Dash
1 Tbs chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)


1.) Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray shallow roasting pan with spray. Add all & spread in even layer.
2.) Bake until potatoes begin to brown, 20-30 minutes, turning midway.
