1 (15oz) can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 (11oz) can golden corn, drained
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
2 Tbs chopped red onion
3 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

1.) Combine all in a large bowl.
2.) Refrigerate until ready to serve.
