(Serves 4)

1 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 Tbs sofrito sauce
1 pkt Sazon goya
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cup cooked pinto beans, drained
1 1/2 cups water
salt to taste

1.) Heat oil over low heat. Add tomato sauce, sofrito, sazon goya, & pepper. Cook, stirring about 3 minutes. Stir in beans, water & salt. Increas heat to medium & cook 15 minutes or until sauce has thicked.
2.) Serve over rice.
