2 cups seeded & coarsely chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves, minced 1 cup firmly packed fresh parsley lives, minced 3 Tbs freshly Parmesan 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tsp salt 1 lb linguine fresh parsley to garnish

    Default Linguine with Fresh Tomato Sauce

    2 cups seeded & coarsely chopped tomatoes
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves, minced
    1 cup firmly packed fresh parsley lives, minced
    3 Tbs freshly Parmesan
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp salt
    1 lb linguine
    fresh parsley to garnish

    1.) In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pasta & parsley & let sauce stand at room temp, covered, for at least 1 hour.
    2.) Cook pasta to al dente, about 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Serve with sauce & garnish with parsley.
