1 bottle (16oz) Russian, Thousand Island or Catalina Salad Dressing 2/3 cup apricot preserves 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix 16 boneless skinless chicken breast halves In a bowl, combine dressing, preserves & soup mix. Place chicken in an ungreased baking pan, top with dressing mixture.

    1 bottle (16oz) Russian, Thousand Island or Catalina Salad Dressing
    2/3 cup apricot preserves
    2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
    16 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

    In a bowl, combine dressing, preserves & soup mix. Place chicken in an ungreased baking pan, top with dressing mixture. Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; baste. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear. Serve juice over rice or cooked egg noodles.
    Yield: 16 servings
