1 jar (11oz) Pace Chunky Salsa
1 can (11oz) Mandarin oranges, drained
2 lbs chicken
1 tsp olive oil
2 Tbs chopped cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges

1.) Mix salsa & oranges in small bowl.
2.) Place chicken in 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Rub with oil. Spoon salsa mixture over chicken.
3.) Bake @ 425 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Remove & let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro & serve with lime.
