chicken
1 can red beans
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
zucchini, chopped
1 can zesty mild green chiles & tomatoes

1.) Cook chicken

2.) Saute onion, bell pepper, garlic, & zucchini.
3.) Add tomatoes & simmer on low 10-15 minutes.
4.) Add beans & chicken. Heat thoroughly.
5.) Serve over rice.
