Roasted Chicken & Garlic Provencale
1 envelope Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
3 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs water
1 Tbs white wine vinegar (optional)
1 (2 1/2 to 3lb) chicken, cut into servings
1 large onion & 1 large tomato cut into wedges
1.) Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, blend soup mix, oil, water & vinegar.
2.) In the bottom of a broiler pan without a rack, arrange chicken, onion & tomato. Evenly pour soup mixture over chicken & veggies.
3.) Roast 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
