1 baguette of French bread (you can use regular sized bread also)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 bunch scallions, chopped


Combine the mayo, scallions & cheese. Slice the bread about 3/4 inch thick & spread mixture over bread. Broil until the top browns & serve hot. (Sometimes the mix is a little thick, so you can add a bit of milk to thin.)
