    Star Lemon Love Notes

    Lemon Love Notes

    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    grated lemon rind (optional)
    lemon frosting

    Mix margarine, 1 cup flour and powdered sugar and press into 8" square baking pan. Bake 15 mins. at 325 degrees. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over baked mixture and bake again for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Cool. Frost with lemon frosting.
