How big of a slow cooker do you need? The one I have is pretty small. I think it is 2.5 quarts. I want to make sure it will work before I try making it.

Well, there are 4 cups in a quart, so that means your cooker will hold 10 cups of content. The recipe calls for about 8 cups of ingredients in all. So, I would assume that it will fit in your crockpot without too much difficulty. She'll be full, but it should work.
    ~Enjoy!~
