    Seared scallops with minted pea sauce, leftover rice, and spinach salad

    well, I was just thinking that I haven't been eating enough fish. the sales last week were outstanding, plus I picked some up from the mark-down bin. I really didn't need to shop, but when I looked at the sales flyers.... and if you look you'll see that I am using leftovers creatively! LOL!
