If, as a demonstrator, you recruit additional demonstrators, you will be eligible to earn a commission on your recruits sales, which is known as Downline Overrides.
Once demonstrators have adequate supplies and have enough equipment to start off their business, they can host a party which is also referred to as a workshop wherein their products can be sold at such home parties as Stampin Up products are not sold in stores. It is also an avenue for creative connection with other demonstrators which will help build their business and help them establish a great customer base.
