Cornbread Stuffing ~ Cornbread Fritters
Prepare your favorite recipe or from a mix. If you prepare from a mix, make the big box and reserve half for use later in the week.
Mix reserved stuffing with just enough milk,adding 1/4 cup at a time and mixing well until you have a gooey mass. Form into 3" patties and pan fry in olive oil until browned on both sides over medium heat, about 5 minutes total.
