2 4oz cans Vienna sausage
2 eggs beaten
1 1lb can cream corn
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cut sausages into 1/4 in slices. Mix eggs, 2/3 sausage, corn, milk and salt and pepper. pour into a shallow baking dish 1 1/2 quart. Place pan in water bath. bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min or until knofe in center comes out clean. place remaining sausage on top and bake for 10 more min. 6 servings
