    Default potatoe burgers

    2 cups shredded potatoes (squeeze the extra liquid from them)
    1 lb of hambuger meat
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 tbs diced onion

    2 tbs diced pepper
    combine these and make patties add a little butter to frying pan and fry til done. Remove from pan and add flour to make a rue. add milk and season to taste. serve over burgers. (I added my bugers back to it and let the simmer a little while.) This would be good over rice too. if you do not squeeze the water out of the potatoes then the bugers will fall apart if flipped to much. My kids loved this and all i did was open a couple of canned veggies and served bread with it. It made 5 large patties but you could also make it in to meatballs.
