Balsamic Vinaigrette
BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
1/3 CUP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1/4 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1/4 CUP WATER
1 TBS DIJON MUSTARD
1 TBS MINCED FRESH GARLIC
1 TBS OLIVE OIL
1 TBS MINCED FRESH PARSLEY
1/2 TSP APPLE JUICE CONCENTRATE
1. PLACE INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL.
2. WHISK TOGETHER AND LET SIT FOR AT LEAST 15 MIN. TO ALLOW FLAVORS TO MELD.
3. TOSS WITH YOUR FAVORITE GREEN SALAD OR PASTA SALAD.
