Need shoes- Kids / Children

Almost 15 yo DS (only 6 days to go!) needs shoes again. Should I spend more money on a quality pair of shoes or spend the same amount on two pairs that he can alternate? I usually get a cheap pair at Walmart every 5-6 months. He pointed out that he usually only has one pair to wear for

    fast. DUH!

My kids have a dress pair of shoes, tennis shoes, boots and sandles to wear
at all times. So when one of them goes bad I get more for them but they always
have several pairs of shoes to wear. I have also learned that quality shoes
are always the way to go and get them when they are on sale.

Good shoes are important! Just like a good mattress is! Look for
them on sale and make sure they fit properly....very important when
your child is starting to walk!

Very true. But when the child is a teen - cheap shoes are good. They grow out
of them too fast & ruin them too fast (i.e. using them as brakes for their bike,
scooter or skateboard). Also investing in a tube(s) of Goop (tennis shoe repair

    glue) is good too!

I watch Sears and buy good shoes when they're 50% off the clearance price. I've
been lucky so far and they're in mens sizes. I also do this for my hubby and
    myself.

    Hugs!
