    Default Saving $$$ on Milk

Another secret with the milk is if you buy a gallon of WHOLE milk, pour half of it into an empty milk jug and fill both jugs back up with water and than you have 2 gallons of 2% milk.

    Default Nutrients???

    Hi,
The calcium and nutrient content in whole milk and 2% milk are about equal. The fat content is the main difference. By diluting whole milk with water, you are cutting the calcium and nutrient content in half. You would only be getting half the nutrients this way.
