My sister makes this great salad recipe which uses the noodles, not
the seasoning mix, that is divine.The dressing is like nectar, the
noodles and nuts so crunchy & chewy. I love this Salad

Crunchy Salad
1 head Romain Lettuce
1 Bunch green onions, chopped
1 Bunch Broccoli, Chopped
1 cup walnut or pecan pieces
1 pkg Ramien noodles, broken up
Mix lettuce, onions, broccoli together in serving bowl.
Saute broken noodles and nuts in 1 or 2 teaspoons olive oil, butter
or
canola oil. (Watch closely, this will burn if you don't stir
constantly .) Let cool.
Make Dressing: In a pint jar mix:
1 Cup vegetable oil

1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
Mix by shaking, let rest , shake,let rest,etc.until sugar is
disolved.
Pour the dressing on the salad greens and sprinkle nuts and noodles
on top, TOSS.
