No Bake "Lite" Cheesecake Pie

2 3oz pkgs Sugar Free Jello (Orange, Strawberry, Lemon, Or any flavor)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1 8oz pkg Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1 8oz container of Fat Free Cool Whip
2 9" Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crusts

Dissolve gelatin into boiling water and stir for 2 minutes, and set in the
refrigerator while blending the cream cheese and sour cream with a mixer
until creamy. Gradually add the jello to this while mixing. Fold in the Cool

until mixed well. Poor into the pie crust. Cool in the Refrigerator for hour
before cutting.
Note: You may add cut up strawberries in before pouring into the crust, when
you use the strawberry jello, and you can add mandarin oranges if you use the
orange jello. I add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the lemon jello.
