WARM PASTA:

Cook and drain any pasta of your choice, then toss immediately with:

1) Crumbled goat cheese, silvered sun-dried tomatoes, freshly ground
pepper and minced garlic that has been briefly sauteed in olive oil

=

2) Melted butter, sour cream,cottage cheese, poppy seeds, sliced
scallions and bits of crisp bacon

=

3) Melted butter, Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, sauteed garlic,
minced basil and toasted pine nuts

=

4) Fresh and wild (if possible) mushrooms, sauteed in butter with minced
shallots, hot reduced heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.

=

5) Briefly sauteed bay scallops, pesto and Parmesan cheese

=

6) American gold caviar, melted butter, and Creme Fraiche (or Sour
Cream)

=

7) Blanched asparagus, sauteed silvered prosciutto, hot reduced heavy
cream, melted butter and Parmesan cheese

=

8) Crumbled crisp bacon, chopped roasted red peppers, melted butter,
cooked peas, a little reduced heavy cream and Parmesan cheese

=

9) Ricotta cheese, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, cooked peas, and
small sauteed cubes of salami

=

10) Lump crabmeat sauteed n butter with a little curry, cooked peas, and
melted butter

=

11) Slivered smoked salmon, warmed sour cream, snipped fresh dill or a
garnish of cavier

=

12) Pieces of peeled shrimp, sauteed briefly in butter with lots of
minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, melted butter, reduced white
wine and minced parsley

=

13) Pieces of shrimp sauteed in butter with heated cream, spinach (which
has also been sauteed in butter)

=

14) Olive oil heated with crushed rosemary, minced onion and garlic
sauteed in olive oil, sauteed slivered prociutto and blanched green beans

=

15) Chopped tomatoes, minced basil, freshly ground pepper, small cubes
of Mozzarella or goat cheese, and olive oil that has been heated with
garlic cloves

=

16) Butter melted with minced sage, seared cubes of sirloin or fillet of beef and Parmesan cheese

COLD PASTA:

Cook and drain fresh or dried pasta, rinse under cold water, drain
again, toss with corn oil and let cool Combine with;

=

17) Blanched broccoli, oriental dressing and chopped roasted peanuts

=

18) Cubed fresh tomato and avocado, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt
and fresh ground pepper

=

19) Pesto, olive oil and cubed fresh tomato

=

20) Blanched carrots and broccolli flowerets, zucchini slices, cubed tomato and herb vinaigrette or dressing of choice

=

21) Canned white meat tuna, chopped red pepper, slivered black olives,
blanched green beans, and Caesar dressing or dressing of choice.

=

22) Buckwheat pasta, curried vinaigrette, chopped roasted cashews, and
assorted oriental vegetables(blanched if necessary)

=

23) Chicken, garlic vinaigrette, chopped fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, and chopped red onion

=

24) Sour cream, hot sauce, corn, green beans

=

25) Any frozen vegetable combination (of your choice), thawed OR drained canned vegetable combination (of your choice), or fresh vegetable (your choice), tossed with Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing (Like Miracle Whip) and a 'splash' of Italian dressing
