This is my Go-To ramen recipe when I’m hungover or just haven’t gone shopping and all i have in the fridge is condiments. youll need. I don’t care for maruchan brand ramen noodles. So I only buy Nissin Brand. It works for both brands.

You’ll Need:
2 packages of Beef Flavored Nissin Brand Ramen Noodles
1 Tbs Butter Or margarine (Butter Is bettah)
1 Tbs Kikkoman Brand Soy Sauce
1 Pot to boil water in.
1 Strainer
1 Pair chopsticks
1/4 Avocado For Garnish

First, Boil 6 cups of water in pan on high heat Set aside ONE of the Beef Bouillion packets u can use both but i think its too SALTY!
Boil Noodles for 3 minutes! U can go longer but i dont like my noodles gooey!
Strain set aside. Turn off heat in pan and replace pan on stove.
Throw in Tbs butter and melt!
Add Soy Sauce when butter is melted!
Then add your Beef flavored Seasoning packet! <=====Wait Do Not stir!
Replace drained noodles back to pan and NOW u can stir.
Plate up and serve.
I garnish this with an Avocado if i have it YUMMY!

This noodle base can be used for a plethora of other recipes
