Sloppy Joes

1-1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
sandwich-size potato rolls
Brown onion and ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
Add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to meat. Simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile toast buns.
Serve on toasted potato rolls, hamburger rolls or Hawaiian bread.

Re: Sloppy Joes
Here is a twist on sloppy joe recipe - I never thought of a sloppy joe recipe not tomato based but if you replace the tomato base with cream of mushroom it makes for a change of pace. It was surprisingly good - although I can't take the credit for this change (but unfortunately I don't remember where I learned about it). Hope others will enjoy this change too.
