mosIndividual Sausage Meal
1 or 2 sausages
1 stalk of broccoli
stalks of cauliflower (amount depends of preference for this veggie or appetite;-D)
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
aluminum foil
Place all ingredients onto a piece of foil and wrap it up tightly. Leave two handles on the ends to pick it up with. Place in coals of fire and leave for 5-10 minutes until everything is cooked.

I do a version of this with sausage and potatoes. One of my favorite meals even when I’m not camping.
- mosAnd best of all…very little to clean up! LOL!
