I LOVE cranberries! I'm so excited to find this info on drying my own cranberries, & I may have to buy out of season frozen cranberries to get started, get practice, and be ready to dehydrate lots of cranberries! Thank you!!

What temperature do you set your oven, if not using a dehydrator?

This is the last with the degrees.
If you are using a food dehydrator you should follow the manufacturer instructions that came with your machine. If you’re using your oven you will want to set it to its lowest temperature setting, which should be between 130-150 degrees.
