Hello from Arizona

Hi there. I am a new member. I am no stranger to living on a tight budget, but have new motivation to save more effectively. I am hoping to adopt.

Both my spouse and I were raised in working class families. At this point in our lives we are financially stable, but we are not rich and we need to save or raise and additional $10 – 15k. So here we go!

We are both handy and creative and like to make things for gifts. Luckily we are good cooks and can make a variety of healthy meals at home. I use my crockpot and dehydrator a lot. I knit and sew.

I joined this board for new ideas and for inspiration and motivation. I have found that if I look at living on a budget as a challenge and an opportunity to be creative, it works well for me.
