I know of a great recipe to loosen up phlegm in the chest. It sounds gross
but if you try it, it really works.
Slice an onion (take off skin) place a slice in a bowl. Sprinkle sugar on
it. Continue layers and cover with saran wrap, place in fridge for at least a
couple of hours (best overnight) you will find a syrupy type of liquid. Take a

couple of teaspoons and you will be feeling better in no time.
