Can they be used more than once before re-loading with the mixture?

How many times can one sheet be used and when making the cloths after wetting them should you ring out the liquid or just let it drip out?

I saw on fb that the sheet has to be reloaded after each use. I just gentle rung out mine-not dripping but not completely dry and I used t-shirts--added bonus for me is that it helps neutralize my well water and seems to help clean my clothes even better. And I use the laundry sauce also.

still not sure what soda ash is. Is it the same as the soda I use to bake, or is Arm &Hammer Washing Soda a totally different store-bought item? do I buy it in the laundry/detergent section, next to the bleach? help.

The washing soda is in the laundry section. Usually bottom shelf, yellow box like the baking soda. Not all stores carry it. It is more alkaline than baking soda, so it works better in the laundry. But not to be used in baking (which I am sure you figured out). In a pinch I have used baking soda instead, and though my clothes get clean, they do seem a little dingy colored from my well water.
