Party potatoes

5 pounds of potatoes peeled and cooked
one brick of cream cheese softened
one stick of butter softened
16 ounces of sour cream at room temperature
Half a cup of milk more if needed
3 tablespoons of chives
salt-and-pepper to taste
mashed potatoes with milk salt pepper and butter add the rest of ingredients and whip if potatoes are too stiff add a bit more milk serve hot
