Caprese Salad

2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
4 oz. part-skim mozzarella, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/3 cup slivered green olives
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1T. olive oil
1/2 t. salt

In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Toss. Serves 4
