This is dd’s favorite smoothie…she’s such a kale freak! just so you know, i can do this about four times a year! lol!
it’s tasty, but not that tasty, if ya know what i mean acai banana-kale smoothie 1 banana, sliced or mashed 1 cup kale 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, low fat Blend to desired consistency in blender. 1 serving.
