For the 29th year, the Hollywood Arts Council stages this special (and free) day where kids can experience the arts.

There will be an assortment of workshops led by professional artists where kids can create their own art pieces.

The event will include scheduled appearances from actors like McKenna Grace, Victoria Grace, Xolo Mariduea and Mavrick Moreno and there will also be face painters, strolling costumed characters (including Bugs Bunny from Six Flags Magic Mountain) and performances by the Lyte Dance Studio, Cleary Irish Dance, Gevorkian Dance Academy, The Amazing Dave (Magician Dave DeVito), Thai Performance Group, Plaza de la Raza Folklorico and The Stunt Kids of Hollywood. HOLLYWOOD, CA (July 15, 2014) The Hollywood Arts Council (HAC) will present their family fun-filled FREE 29th Annual Childrens Festival of the Arts on Sunday, August 10, 2014 from 12-Noon to 4:30 p.m. at Paramount Pictures, 5555 Melrose Avenue in Hollywood, CA 90038. Casey McCabe, on-air talent for AMP Radio 97.1 FM will serve as the Event Emcee.
