I couldn't help but laugh when i read about how you discovered your home....5 years ago i found my home in much the same condition (i still don't have a door to my bedroom) The kitchen was the worst!!! It's still a work in progress. Nice to know there is someone else out there working with the same problems and overcoming them

I love the way you opened up to the living room and made it so spacious. The bright day light from the additional windows would be my favorite feature. Great job. It looks fabulous.
