Any healthy meal replacement shake packet will work

One (Health one meal replacement packet) Chocolate flavored
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. pecan bits if desired
4 oz of water

Mix ingredients and put in the microwave for between 30 seconds and a minute.. depending on how gooey you like your brownie. I do 40 seconds. These recipes have lowered mine and my husbands sugar levels from week one of doing this.
