My husband and I just started this meal plan. One meal replacement shake for breakfast. (I make mine with 1 TBSP of peanut butter and 1 TBSP of sugar free chocolate pudding mix) We eat 3 fruits and four veggies a day. A regular lunch and a shake and a salad for dinner. Also we have the cabbage steaks or sugar free jello if we get hungry at night. We both have gotten rid of all of our diabetes symptoms within the first week and our blood sugars are way down. I never imagined that this would work so well. Please let me know if you try it and how it works for you.
