1 bag of slaw
1 packet of beef ramen noodles
1/2 cup of slivered almonds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds

crush and toast the noodles and almonds in a 350 oven for 10 minutes

Dressing:
1 cup white vineager
1/2 cup oil
beef flavor packet
1/2 cup sugar


I mix my dressing in a tupperware mixing cup and put in the fridge.

Mix the slaw, noodles, almonds and seeds. When ready to serve pour dressing
in slaw mix.
