2 small zucchini
2 small yellow squash
8 oz. tomato sauce
Vegit or Spike seasoning
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cut squash into large 1-inch cubes. Cook with butter

and water until tender. Add tomato sauce. Do not stir. Add
Vegit to squash. Let cook 5 minutes. Cover with Parmesan
cheese. Cover pot with lid. Let cheese melt.
